There people that work in the stores are just as bad as their product. I would've been better off just buying a regular r replacement piece of glass. Like, how is that a guarantee? More like a lousy sales trap. I called sanitizer store to ask about that and the one in Pocatello ID told me the product is lifetime guaranteed as long as I bring it in and they charge me 10 bucks for a new piece of plastic. The one on my phone scratched up pretty quickly. To make it worse, the screensaver started to peel off of my tablet within a few days. This location made it impossible to return the product within the 10 day period for a refund. I don't just drive to his location regularly so I had to go to my bank and dispute the purchase. The manager of the store was pretty salty about it and said I needed to bring my card in and that he couldn't do a chargeback without having my actual card. I tried to return it to the Logan Utah store by mail since I live over an hr away in a very rural area. This product is total garbage and is completely worthless ![]()
